Select Therapy and Rehabilitation Services (STARS) is a physical therapist owned and operated facility. We specialize in all types of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Our hands-on, outcome-oriented approach to health and rehabilitation will maximize patients' functional abilities.

Working together with the referring physician and other health care professionals, STARS maintains a personalized approach to physical therapy. Our objective is to accelerate the recovery process through patient education and individualized therapy programs.

First, successful rehabilitation and recovery begins with a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and assessment. We then provide a combination of therapeutic exercise for increased strength, flexibility and muscle control with manual therapy to improve joint and soft tissue mobility.

STARS also recommends how to prevent the injury or dysfunction from recurring. Therapeutic techniques and education combined with the patient's personal motivation determines the duration and success of the rehabilitation program.
